Boonville and Utica resident charged with criminal trespass in Watertown, State Police say

WATERTOWN- A local resident is among a pair of suspects charged in a Jefferson County trespass case this week, authorities say.

Julia L. Waterhouse, 20, of Boonville, NY and Jason L. Caffrey, 32, of Utica, NY have been arrested and charged by the New York State Police (Adams) with one misdemeanor count each of criminal trespass in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrests stem from trespass complaints in the town of Watertown Thursday afternoon.

At press time, police said that both Waterhouse and Caffrey were issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
