Boonville resident charged for allegedly disobeying court order: Troopers

BOONVILLE- A local resident from Northern Oneida County is faced with an accusation stemming from a reported domestic dispute this week in Boonville, NY.

Nicholas Pohoreskey, 34, of Boonville, NY was arrested Monday evening by the New York State Police (Remsen). Pohoreskey is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying a court order).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from an alleged domestic dispute Monday evening in the village.

At press time, an arrest status for Pohoreskey was not listed.
