Boonville resident charged with impaired and unlicensed operation in Lee, Troopers say

LEE- A local resident is accused of impaired and unlicensed operation in Oneida County, authorities say.

Lars D. Nelbach, 27, of Boonville, NY was arrested Monday evening by the New York State Police (Lee). Nelbach is officially charged with one count each of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first-degree and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second-degree.

According to Troopers, these charges were all filed in the wake of a traffic stop shortly before 6:00 p.m. in the town of Lee.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending. Nelbach was issued with an appearance ticket.
