Boonville suspect charged with felony grand larceny in Southern Lewis County: TROOPERS

LEYDEN- A local resident is faced with a felony grand larceny accusation in Southern Lewis County.

On Tuesday morning, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Monica Cain, 55, of Boonville, NY with one felony count of grand larceny in the third-degree (property values exceeding $3,000).

Troopers say that this arrest stems from a larceny investigation last February in the town of Leyden.

At press time, police said that Cain was released and that there were no further details provided.
