California Resident Facing Felony Criminal Possession of Stolen Property Charge in the Town of Webb
TOWN OF WEBB-A 27 year old resident of Hollywood, California was jailed on Friday following an arrest for possessing stolen property in the Town of Webb. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Zyaria D. Evans with one count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree with the value of property greater than $3,000.00: a Class D felony. Evan’s arrest status was listed as “held” as of Saturday morning’s press time and the incident was pending investigation.
