Carthage Man Accused of Larceny and Jumping Bail
TOWN OF LE RAY-A 38 year old Carthage man is facing charges following an alleged larceny incident in the Town of Le Ray and warrant that was issued in April. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Joshua E. Constance with one count each of Petty Larceny and Bail Jumping in the 3rd Degree, both Class A misdemeanors. Constance was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Le Ray Court at a later date. No further details were released.
