Carthage Man Accused of Weapons and Drug Possession Charges

VILLAGE OF LOWVILLE-A 24 year old Carthage man is facing numerous weapons charges and a drug charge following his arrest in the Village of Lowville early Sunday morning. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Kody A. Skaggs with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7^th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor; Three Counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3^rd Degree-Ammunition Clip, Class D felonies; and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2^nd Degree-Loaded Weapon, a Class C felony. His arrest status was listed as held as of press time. No further details were released by State Police.
