Carthage Man Arrested for D.W.I. in Jefferson County

TOWN OF CHAMPION-A 37 year old Carthage man is accused of D.W.I. following a Friday night vehicle stop in the Town of Champion. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Timothy A. Danks with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or more in Blood-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Danks was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Champion Court.
