Carthage resident accused of petit larceny in Jefferson County

LE RAY- A North Country area resident is faced with a larceny related charge in Jefferson County.

On Monday afternoon, the New York State Police (Carthage) arrested and charged Jenna L. Youngs, 38, of Carthage, NY for one misdemeanor count of petit larceny.

According to Troopers, this charge stems from a reported larceny that same day in the town of Le Ray.

At press time, police said that Youngs was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
