Carthage resident accused of petit larceny in Watertown, Troopers say

WATERTOWN- A North Country resident is faced with a larceny accusation in Jefferson County, authorities say.

Halli L. Dailey, 35, of Carthage, NY was arrested Thursday afternoon by the New York State Police (Watertown). Dailey is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of petit larceny.

According to Troopers, the arrest stem from a town of Watertown larceny complaint filed the same day the charge was issued.

At press time, police said Dailey was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
