Carthage Woman Accused of D.W.I. in West Carthage

VILLAGE OF WEST CARTHAGE-A 40 year old Carthage woman is facing a D.W.I. charge following a Monday night vehicle stop in the Village of West Carthage. State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Vanessa Patty Toubia-Nyamsi with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor. Toubia-Nyamsi was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in Village of West Carthage Court.
