Castorland Man Charged with DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration in Town of Lowville

TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 37 year old Castorland man is facing numerous charges following an early Sunday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Lowville. New York State Police from the Lowville barracks charged Jeremy John Lee with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1-Commit Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, 2. Alcohol or Drug: a Class E felony. Lee was also charged with one count each of Obstruction of Government Administration in the 2nd Degree-Preventing Official Function, Resisting Arrest: both Class A misdemeanors and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or more in Blood-First offense: Both Class U misdemeanors. Lee’s arrested status was not posted, and an investigation is pending.
