Clinton Man Accused of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in Town of Webb
TOWN OF WEBB-A 26 year old Clinton man is facing aggravated Licensed operation of a motor vehicle and other charges stemming from a Thursday evening traffic stop in the Town of Webb. Police said they initiated the traffic stop when a vehicle driven by Gregory D. Beal was observed driving 60 MPH in a 30 MPH zone on Route 28 in Old Forge. Upon investigation, it was discovered that Beal was driving on a suspended learners permit. Beal was charged with Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree, Speed in Zone, and Unlicensed Operation. He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Town of Webb Court on July 18.
