Cold Brook Resident Accused of Petit Larceny

TOWN OF TRENTON-A 42-year-old Cold Brook resident was arrested in the Town of Trenton on Thursday, following an investigation into a larceny with reportedly occurred in the Village of Poland last month. New York State Police from the Herkimer Barracks charged Jamie T. Tobin with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. Tobin was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Village of Poland Court at a later date.
