Constableville Man Charged with Felony Criminal Contempt Count Following Alleged Domestic Dispute

TOWN OF WEST TURIN-A 50 year old Constableville man is facing a Felony Criminal Contempt charge following an alleged domestic dispute in the Town of West Turin early Sunday morning. New York State Police from the Alexander Bay Barracks charged Simeon L. Kent with one count of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree-Physical Content, a Class E felony. Kent’s arrest status was listed as held as of press time and the incident is pending investigation.
