Constableville Man Facing Criminal Trespass Charge

VILLAGE OF CONSTABLEVILLE-A 40 year old Constableville man was arrested Saturday after a report of a trespass in progress in the Village of Constableville. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks arrested Robert Alan Geiser and charged him with one count of Criminal Trespass in the 2^nd Degree-Entering or Remaining Unlawfully in a Dwelling: a Class A misdemeanor. Geiser was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Village of Constableville Court at a later date.
