Copenhagen Man Arrested for Larceny in Jefferson County

TOWN OF LERAY-A 31 year old Copenhagen man is facing a larceny charge for allegedly shoplifting in the Town of LeRay on Friday. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged David A. Sutton with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. Sutton was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of LeRay Court at a later date.
