Croghan Woman Held in the Lewis County Jail following Multiple Contempt of Court Charges

TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 43 year old Croghan woman is facing numerous charges following an investigation.  Lewis County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Nichol L. Lyndaker on Friday and reported that she allegedly violated a Lewis County Family Court order of Protection during separate incidents in the Towns of Croghan, New Bremen, and Martinsburg, Lyndaker was charged in the Town of Croghan with one count each of Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a violation: Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A misdemeanor and Criminal Contempt if the 1st Degree, a Class E felony.  She was charged in the Town of New Bremen with one count of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a Class A misdemeanor and in the Town of Martinsburg with one count each of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a Class A misdemeanor and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, also a Class A misdemeanor. Lyndaker was arraigned in the Lewis County C-A-P Court, and she was held in the Lewis County Jail on $15,000.00 cash bail.
