LYONSDALE- A local man is faced with a pair of felony accusations, following complaints of two separate domestic incidents this week, authorities say.

Joshua D. Rogers, 38, of Lyons Falls, NY was arrested Tuesday by the Lewis County Sheriff's Office. He is officially charged with two felony counts of criminal contempt in the first-degree.

According to Deputies, the arrest was made in the wake of two separate domestic incidents in the town of Lyonsdale, with the first occurring shortly before 11:15 p.m. Monday and the second reported just before 3:00 a.m. Tuesday.

It's alleged that Rogers was in the presence of a protected party during both incidents.

Deputies say Rogers was previously convicted of a similar offense (criminal contempt in the second-degree) in April, 2019.

He was arraigned via CAP Court (Town of Greig) and remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $500 cash bail, or $1,000 bond for each charge.

Details describing the reported disputes were not included by the Sheriff's Office.
