ANNSVILLE- A Rome, NY man is faced with a felony accusation in the wake of an Oneida County burglary investigation earlier this winter, where a four-wheeler machine was stolen.
It was on December 23 when the Sheriff’s Office began investigating a burglary complaint in the town of Annsville.
Deputies learned that a four-wheeler had been stolen from one of the buildings on the property. Initial investigation led to the discovery of the machine in the backyard of a nearby residence.
Further investigation has led to the arrest of Joshua J. Tanner, 33, who is formally charged with felony burglary in the third-degree.
As of press time Saturday late afternoon, authorities said that Tanner was processed and taken to the county jail, where he awaited an appearance for centralized arraignment.
