Disturbance complaint last December in Trenton results in charges against local resident

TRENTON- A local resident is faced with a list of charges in Oneida County, including a felony, authorities say.

Andrew M. Pachura, 31, of Barneveld, NY was arrested Monday morning by the New York State Police (Marcy). Pachura is formally charged with one felony count of grand larceny in the fourth-degree (property value > $1,000); along with one misdemeanor count each of criminal tampering in the second-degree and one count each of theft of services.

According to Troopers, these charges all stem from a disturbance complaint last December in the town of Trenton.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

As of this publication, Pachura’s arrest status was listed as held and there were no further details provided.
