Domestic dispute in Martinsburg results in charges against Lewis County resident: NYSP

MARTINSBURG- A North Country resident is faced with a trio of charges, including a felony, following complaints of a domestic dispute in Lewis County this week, authorities say.

Tyler S. Spann, 24, of Glenfield, NY was arrested late Thursday by the New York State Police (Lowville). Spann is formally charged with one felony count of criminal mischief in the third-degree (property damage > $250), along with two misdemeanor counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child (age < 17).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from an alleged domestic incident reported in the town of Martinsburg shortly before 8:30 p.m. Thursday.

At press time, police said that Spann appeared for central arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
