DWI charges issued to local resident in Oneida County, Troopers say

TRENTON- A local resident is charged with intoxicated driving in Oneida County, according to authorities.

Peter T. Broadbent, 36, of Remsen, NY was arrested shortly before 1:00 a.m. Monday by the New York State Police (Remsen). Broadbent is formally charged with DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC).

Troopers say these charges were filed in the town of Trenton.

At press time, police said Broadbent was issued with an appearance ticket.
