ROME- Police say a person suspected of stealing a motor vehicle is faced with a felony accusation.
Kimberly E. Guzman, 26, of Rome, NY was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office back in May for one felony count of criminally possessing stolen property in the third-degree.
Deputies began investigating a complaint regarding a stolen 2009 Nissan Maxima on May 15.
At press time, authorities said that Guzman was processed and turned over to the correctional facility for centralized arraignment.
The City of Rome Police Department assisted. As of this report, the investigation remains ongoing.
