Felony unlicensed operation charge filed against Poland resident, Troopers say

MIDDLEVILLE- A local resident from Herkimer County is accused of unlicensed operation, authorities say.

Cody J. Kinsella, 22, of Poland, NY was arrested Sunday afternoon by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Kinsella is formally charged with one felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first-degree (ten or more suspensions on ten or more separate dates).

According to Troopers, the accusation was filed that day in the village of Middleville, NY.

At press time, police said that Kinsella was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
