Forestport Resident Facing "Unlawful Use" charges in the Town of Forestport
TOWN OF FORESTPORT-A 27 year old Forestport man was arrested in Boonville on unauthorized use of a vehicle charges stemming from an incident that was reported last month in the Town of Forestport. New York State Police from the Remsen Station charged Aaron J. Humble with one count each of Auto Stripping in the 3rd Degree-Other than an Abandoned Vehicle and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle-Temporary Custody-No Consent; both Class A misdemeanors. Humble was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Town of Forestport Court.
