Harrisville Man Accused of D.W.I. in St. Lawrence County

TOWN OF PITCAIRN-A 38 year Harrisville man was arrested for D.W.I. in the Town of Pitcairn late Friday night. New York State Police from the Gouverneur Barracks charged Alex J. Fraser with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08 of 1%-First Offense and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Fraser was released to a third party and will answer the charges in the Town of Pitcairn Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of press time.
