Harrisville Man Facing Criminal Mischief Charge stemming from a Vandalism Complaint

TOWN OF DIANA-A 33 year old Harrisville man was arrested Saturday following an investigation into a vandalism of a private property in the Town of Diana which reportedly occurred on July 21^st. New York State police from the Carthage Barracks charged Joshua D. Mantle with one count of Criminal Mischief in the 4^th Degree, a Class -A misdemeanor. Mantle was released on his own recognizance and will answer the charge in the Town of Diana Court at a later date. The incident was listed as pending investigation as of press time
