Harrisville Teen Accused of Felony Possession of an Assault Weapon and Menacing

TOWN OF PITCAIRN-An 18 year old Harrisville youth is facing menacing and a felony weapons charge following an arrest in the Town of Pitcairn Friday evening.  New York State Police from the Alexander Bay Barracks charged the youth, whose name was not released with one count each of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree-Assault Weapon: a Class D felony and Menacing in the 2nd Degree with a Weapon: a Class A misdemeanor. The youth was released to a 3rd party and the incident remains under investigation. No further details were released!
