Holland Patent Man Accused of Assault in the Town of Western
TOWN OF WESTERN-A 37 year old Holland Patent man is facing an assault charge following a reported domestic incident in the Town of Western on Saturday. New York State Police from the Lee Barracks arrested Joshua Edward Gokey and charged him with one count of Assault in the 3rd Degree with Intent to cause physical injury: a Class A misdemeanor Gokey was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Western Court at a later date.
