If your resolution is to become more healthy, then Lewis County Public Health has a class offered to do just that and more.
When the public health office launched its debut series of diabetes prevention classes last spring, it was designed for people who met the criteria as being pre-diabetic.
Since one of the ways to prevent diabetes is to shed and keep away any access weight, the public health office is now taking in people who would like to sign-up for the class, who may not be pre-diabetic, but would like to lose those extra pounds.
