LOWVILLE- October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and although that month has already passed us by, the number of women getting back to their annual breast screening appointments has gone back up since COVID shut the world down almost three-years-ago.
This is according to Robert Pfeiffer, who is the Director of Radiology and Medical Imaging at Lewis County Health System.
He recently joined our North Country News and discussed the importance for women getting their annual breast screenings, while also explaining the services and technology offered right here locally.
