Kuyahoora Valley resident accused in local sex offense case: NYSP

MANHEIM- A resident from the Kuyahoora Valley area is accused in a local sex offense case, authorities say.

Lance Homa, 43, of Newport, NY was arrested Monday afternoon by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Homa is officially charged with one misdemeanor count of forcible touching (intimate parts).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from complaints filed in the town of Manheim in December.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Homa was issued with an appearance ticket and there were no further details available.
