Lee Center Resident Accused of Menacing and other charges in the Town of Trenton
TOWN OF TRENTON-A 28 year old Lee Center resident is facing charges after being arrested in the Town of Trenton on Friday afternoon. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Jody W. Marchione with one count each of Menacing in the 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree: all Class A misdemeanors. Marchione was released on their own recognizance and will answer the charges in the Town of Trenton Court at a later date.
