Lee Center resident charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in Rome, Troopers say

ROME- A local resident from Oneida County is accused of unlicensed operation.

On Monday morning, the New York State Police (Lee) arrested and charged Lars D. Nelbach, 29, of Lee Center, NY with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree.

According to Troopers, this charge was filed in the city of Rome on Monday morning.

At press time, police said that Nelbach was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
