Lewis County accused of resisting arrest in Martinsburg, Troopers say

MARTINSBURG- A local resident is accused of resisting arrest, following a reported domestic incident this week in Lewis County, authorities say.

Tyler S. Spann, 25, of Glenfield, NY was arrested Tuesday morning by the New York State Police (Lowville). Spann is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.

According to Troopers, the charge was filed in the town of Martinsburg. At press time, police said that Spann was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
