Lewis County Clerk: Services at Lowville DMV likely to remain impacted Wednesday amidst local glitch

LOWVILLE- A glitch at the Lewis County DMV halted services on Tuesday and the issue is expected to continue impacting services today.

The County Clerk, Jake Moser, made clear in a statement on Tuesday that the issues are exclusively related just to Lewis County, meaning that neighboring DMV offices can be utilized, if need be, for the time being.

As of late Tuesday afternoon, county officials said they were unable to resolve a state network connection error and that local residents should expect disruptions for today.

Clerk Moser apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and assures that updates will be released once things are resolved.
