
LOWVILLE- A Lewis County man is accused of theft in the wake of a shoplifting case this month, authorities say.
Jason T. Lynch, 26, of Lowville, NY was arrested Monday morning by the New York State Police (Lowville). He is officially charged with one misdemeanor count of petit larceny.
According to Troopers, this charge stems from shoplifting complaints November 18 in the town of Lowville. At press time, police said an investigation was still pending.
Lynch’s arrest status was not reported and there were no further details provided.
