Lewis County resident accused of intoxicated driving in Rome, police say

ROME- A North Country resident is accused of intoxicated driving in Oneida County, authorities say.

David W. Goodhines, 49, of Constableville, NY was arrested Wednesday night by the New York State Police (Sylvan Beach). Goodhines is formally charged with one count each of DWI (first offense) and DWI (alcohol or drugs – first offense).

According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the city of Rome, NY. At press time, police said an investigation is pending. Goodhines was issued with an appearance ticket.
