Lewis County resident accused of operating while impaired by drugs following property damage accident in Mohawk Valley, Troopers say

SCHUYLER- A Lewis County resident is faced with an accusation in the wake of a reported property damage accident this week in the Mohawk Valley, authorities say.

Logan J. Boliver, 20, of Croghan, NY was arrested Wednesday afternoon by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Boliver is charged with one count of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from a reported property damage accident Wednesday morning in the town of Schuyler, Herkimer County.

At press time, police said that investigation was pending.

Boliver was released to a third party and there were no further details provided to report.
