WATSON- A local resident is accused of violating a court order in Lewis County, authorities say.
Steven M. Bussiere, 57, of Watson, NY was arrested on Saturday night by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office. Bussiere is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree and one violation of harassment in the second-degree.
According to Sheriff’s Deputies, authorities investigated complaints of a domestic incident on Saturday on the Pine Grove Road, town of Watson.
It’s alleged that Bussiere violated an active refrain from order of protection, which was issued via Lewis County Family Court.
Following processing at the Public Safety Building, Bussiere was released with appearance tickets, which are returnable to Watson Town Court at a later date.
