Lewis County resident charged with offering a false instrument for filing in Lowville

LOWVILLE- A local resident from the Southern end of Lewis County is faced with a misdemeanor offense.

During the evening hours on Sunday, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Ethan Brett Richardson-Morris, 22, of Lyons Falls, NY with one misdemeanor count of offering a false instrument for filing in the second-degree.

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from a complaint filed last Tuesday in the town of Lowville.

At press time, authorities said that Richardson-Morris was issued with an appearance ticket.
