Little Falls Man Accused of D.W.I. in the Town of Remsen

TOWN OF REMSEN-A 39 year old Little falls man is facing D.W.I. charges following a Friday afternoon vehicle stop in the Town of Remsen. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Dylan P. Kinch with one count each of Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08 of 1%-First Offense and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Kinch as issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Remsen Court at a later date.
