HERKIMER- A man from Oneida County is accused of intoxicated driving in the Mohawk Valley, authorities say.
Jeffrey M. Salamon, 55, of Remsen, NY was arrested Thursday morning by the New York State Police (Herkimer). He is officially charged with one count each of aggravated DWI (per se-no prior) and DWI (first-offense).
According to Troopers, these charges stem from a traffic stop at around 9:30 a.m. that morning in the town of Herkimer.
At press time, police said Salamon was released with an appearance ticket.
There were no further details provided via the State Police.
