
UTICA- A local man from Oneida County is accused of numerous charges after attacking an officer in Utica’s Union Train Station, authorities say.
Seth G. Kraft, 38, of Trenton, NY was arrested Monday afternoon by the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office. Kraft is formally charged with counts of disorderly conduct, trespass, harassment in the second-degree and resisting arrest.
According to police investigation, Kraft was allegedly acting in a disorderly manner that afternoon at the train station.
Deputies did not explain specifics in their report, but while Kraft was acting out, it’s reported that he attacked a Special Patrol Officer after being asked to leave the premises.
Kraft was taken in for processing before appearing in Oneida County CAP Court for arraignment.
Utica City Police assisted with the arrest.
