Local man indicted for predatory sexual assault against a child in Lewis County, DA Office says

LOWVILLE- A Lewis County Grand Jury has handed up a 12-count indictment against a North Country man for predatory sexual assault of a child.

Dylan C. Hoch, Sr., 24, of Glenfield, NY is scheduled to be arraigned in Lewis County Court in early August.

The indictment, which includes four counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, holds a potential sentence of 10-years to life in state prison.

State Police Investigator Ryan Waite handled the case, along with assistance from the county Child Advocacy Center.

The case was presented to the Grand Jury by District Attorney Jeffery G. Tompkins, as well as Assistant District Attorney Tenaha L. Sparacino.
