LEE- The Oneida County man charged Tuesday evening after getting into a fight with his wife while in the presence of their children was arrested, again, only a short while following his initial release.

Jerry A. Lohr, 37, of Lee Center, NY violated a newly issued court order of protection by allegedly calling the protected parties that were involved in the dispute.

This resulted in two more misdemeanor counts of criminal contempt in the second-degree. He was first arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child and violations of harassment in the second-degree.

Deputies say he was processed, again, and turned over to the county jail for another centralized arraignment.
