Local resident arrested for alleged felony DWI in town of Western, Troopers say

WESTERN- A local resident from Oneida County is accused of felony DWI, authorities say.

Rosanna Rutledge, 33, of Westernville, NY was arrested Monday night by the New York State Police (Lee). Rutledge is formally charged with one count each of felony DWI (previous conviction within ten-years) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% or greater w/a prior offense).

According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the town of Western shortly before 9:20 p.m. Monday.

At press time, Rutledge’s arrest status was listed as held.
