Local resident charged for operating while impaired by drugs in Oneida County: NYSP

MARCY- A local resident is accused of impaired driving in Oneida County, authorities say.

Tyler A. Kiser, 29, of Stittville, NY was arrested Sunday afternoon by the New York State Police (Marcy). Kiser is formally charged with one count of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the first-degree.

According to Troopers, the arrest was made shortly after 1:00 p.m. in the town of Marcy. At press time, police said that Kiser was issued with an appearance ticket.
