Local resident charged with felony unlawful surveillance in Oneida County: NYSP

TRENTON- A local resident is faced with a felony accusation for unlawful surveillance.

On Monday evening, the New York State Police (Marcy) arrested and charged John P. Servadio, 40, of Ohio, NY with one felony count of unlawful surveillance in the second-degree (installing imaging device for sexual arousal).

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from an investigation via a complaint filed in the town of Trenton on September 10.

At press time, police said that Servadio was released.

There were no further details provided.
